Think of your mind as a garden - your positive and negative thoughts are flowers and weeds, your habits are bushes, your emotional responses are shrubs, and your beliefs are trees, deeply rooted and as old as you are, they are the foundation of your personality, attitudes and behaviours, the way in which you think, your habits, and your emotional responses to anything.
How would you feed it? What's your technique for weed removal? What about a schedule for tree pruning and planting?
- what do you fertilise your garden with? if you believe you're not worthy, that's like fertilising a garden with salt or depriving it of water and sunlight, and the garden will begin to wither etc.; once the garden is thriving and blossoming, all you need to do is rip out the occasional weed and it's still healthy and thriving
