Who We Are

Our Philosophy:

We are your ambassadors for transformative change.

Our vision is to create a world where people embrace their true worth.

We assist people like you to discover who you truly are at the core of your being,
by reconnecting with your authentic self.

Steve Jobs, the visionary co-founder of Apple Inc, said it beautifully:

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.

Change is inevitable.

And yet, long-term positive change is only ever preceded by self-awareness.

Our role is to guide you toward that self-awareness

and provide support as you transform into the architect of your own life.

Our Beliefs

The Art of Beautiful Thinking is based on a belief that everyone is unique and deserves to embrace their true worth by reconnecting with their authentic self

One of our main drivers is assisting you to discover

who you truly are at the core of your being,

and then guiding you through the process

to start expressing that authentic version of you.

In other words, we will help you

establish a better relationship with yourself.

We believe you can start appreciating all aspects yourself, your body, your intelligence, your looks, your confidence, your personality, your creativity, your soul, in fact everything about you that makes you exactly who you are

- all it takes is to be shown the right path.

We believe this journey will change your life.

And we will guide you every step of the way.

What We Do

We take that spark inside you and help it grow

into a raging inferno of transformative change.

Our techniques revolve around the actualisation of self-worth, because we truly believe that everyone is unique and has value. Once you're able to establish a positive viewpoint of yourself, no matter how small or trivial that perspective may be, that is the gateway to true self-worth. From there, you will begin to notice significant increases in your capacity for trust, acceptance, belief, confidence, respect and appreciation for yourself. And, by extension, others.

Once you discover that an authentic sense of appreciation for yourself is completely based on your own thoughts, you will realise there are no boundaries, there are no limitations to what you can do.

Note that this is not necessarily a 'positive thinking' mindset.

It's more a way of thinking from a more compassionate space, with you at the centre.

Think of your mind as a garden, where your positive and negative thoughts are flowers and weeds, your habits are bushes, your emotional responses are shrubs, and your beliefs are trees, deeply rooted and as old as you are. There's quite a lot in that, and we have a blog post relating to this analogy that delves into much more detail. Suffice to say here that, as the gardener of your own mind, are you tending it appropriately with the right fertiliser, pulling weeds, pruning dead branches and planting good seeds? Or are you allowing it to grow haphazardly, allowing anything to take root and attract unwanted pests?

The point is that it's up to you.

We provide the tools, strategies, and support you need to create lasting and positive change. Our programs will prepare you to experience renewed self-belief and clarity of purpose to help you thrive. And our resources, including insightful blog posts, transformative courses, engaging events, and a range of supportive products, are all designed to assist you on the path to a more authentic relationship with yourself.

How do you want that relationship with yourself to be?

Many people don't know what their true value is, and that leads to self-doubt, lack of confidence, the fear of failure, unworthiness, and a host of other limiting beliefs. The universe is powerless to give you what you are unwilling to give yourself, be that love, respect, or appreciation for your own spirit, beauty, wisdom, creativity, or that of others, whatever it may be. The aspiration is to realise your authentic self, and that has nothing to do with outer perfection - validation obtained from thumbs-up emojis and 'Likes' for a post or comment, none of that is real, it's an extremely short-term dopamine hit that wears of as quickly as it arrived. Self-worth and appreciation obtained from an external source will always be fleeting; to last, to be authentic, it can only come from within.

The entirety of the quote by Steve Jobs we referenced earlier is as powerful as it is relevant:

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life.

Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking.

Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice.

And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition;

they somehow already know what you truly want to become.

Everything else is secondary.

Take responsibility for your life, because you only have this one.

Have a read through these questions:

Have you always had something nudging you, maybe an internal voice telling you that you're here to do more than you currently are, that you have a greatness needing to express itself? But you don’t know how to let it out?

You know that you can be more and do more, but your fears and doubts spring up and slow you down, or even stop you in your tracks?

Have you hit a point within yourself that you are over your inner critic and just want to step up and achieve those goals and desires that you have had for as long as you can remember?

Are you able to give yourself encouragement when you're in the middle of a challenge? Or even at the start?

Are you hiding parts of yourself from the rest of the world?

Do you have a negative mind 'monkey chatter' conversation with yourself that usually starts with "I'm not good enough."?

Do you only feel positive about yourself when somebody else says something nice about you?

Do you experience emotional imbalance (positive or negative) when others react to your social media content?
Are you are willing to let go and allow the abundance to start flowing?

Are you ready and willing to take the necessary steps to let go of the old and allow the new in?

Do any of these questions resonate with you?

At any point did you think "Hang on, that's me ..."?

Do you want to do something about it, but you're not sure where to start, or how?

The Art of Beautiful Thinking might be exactly what you need.
