This 12-session guided coaching program, 'The Authentic Life Blueprint' is designed to complement 'The Authentic Life Blueprint' workbook (included) & course, offering a comprehensive journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation. It is also open to individuals seeking to align their true values and design a purpose-driven life. Through personalised coaching, interactive sessions, and AoBT community membership support, participants will gain the tools and insights needed to overcome limiting beliefs, build unwavering confidence, and cultivate a life of passion and fulfillment.

Program Philosophy: The coaching program aims to assist individuals in attaining a state of interconnectedness, fostering harmonious equilibrium between mind, body, and spirit. It emphasises recognition of one's intrinsic value, by embracing authenticity and understanding how individual actions affect the world. The ultimate goal is for participants to feel happy, inspired, and fulfilled, ready to create a life they love.

Program Logistics: This is a 12-session individual or group coaching program conducted fortnightly, comprising 14 lessons and 10 exercises. Each session is 1 hour, with each lesson approximately 20 minutes while the exercises are to be conducted at your leisure between each session.

For your convenience, coaching is conducted in a group (collaborative) setting.
